Shipping & Delivery

When are orders shipped out?

Orders are shipped out within 1-3 days not including public holidays and weekends

How can I track my order?

You can track your order via the tracking number provided in the order confirmation email.

Note: The tracking number may not be available immediately after ordering.

Which delivery providers are used?

Currently, we offer 2 shipping options:

  • Regular shipping
  • Expediated shipping

Regular shipping is handled using SingPost and expediated shipping is done through NinjaVan

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Warranty & Refunds

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you are able to cancel your order if it has not been shipped out yet.

Do you provide a warranty?

We offer a 30-day warranty for any manufacturer defects or shipping damage.

Warranty is not offered for any user-related damage, however do contact the support team and we will try to assist you.

Can I return my order?

Items are eligible for return if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Items are returned in its original condition & packaging
  • Items are returned within 7 days from the date of receiving them.

Once your return has been received, the items will be subject to a condition check and Ergo Keyboard reserves the right to reject any return of items do not meet the listed conditions above.
